Payment
Prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT (Value Added Tax). They are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges as set out in the delivery section of this Website.
Payment methods
Sunspel accepts Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Solo & VisaDebit and AMEX. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer when you place your order. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Card payments will be debited and cleared from your account in order for your order to be despatched. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.
For orders placed by mail or phone we also accept UK Postal Orders and UK cheques (crossed and made payable to Sunspel Menswear Limited). All cheques must be cleared before products are dispatched.
Currency Conversion: International orders will be transacted at the currency rates prevailing at the time of purchase.
Voucher codes
If you have been given a voucher or promotional code, simply enter the code into the box on the shopping basket page. You will not see any change to your order as you pass through checkout. The promotion code will take effect offline and you will receive an invoice for the correct amount through the post. Any promotional gifts will be added to your order at the time of shipping.
UK Delivery Services - Standard Post
Orders on standard delivery service are sent by Royal Mail. They should arrive within 10 working days of the order being received by us. Because of the high volume of orders during Sale period, please allow up to 21 working days for delivery.

Payment for international orders
Orders must be paid for by credit card. Local import duties may be payable on receipt.
VAT
All prices include UK VAT (Value Added Tax). They do not take into account any VAT reductions you may be entitled to.
Customs and Duty
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes that must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges.
Stock availability
Our website checks stock availability when you add an item to your shopping basket. If the items are added, they are in stock. If they are not in stock, you will see an error message on the shopping basket page telling you which of the items you wanted are unavailable. We do our best to keep all items in stock. However, as some items are hand made in Long Eaton and some items sell out quicker than anticipated, there may be a wait for our production.
Advance Orders
If an item is out of stock and you still wish to place an order, we can take an advance order by telephone (0115 973 5292.) We will advise as to when we expect delivery and then send it out as soon as we receive it. If there is any further delay we will notify you in writing and ask that you reconfirm whether you would still like the order to be sent to you.
Split orders
If some items go out of stock after you have placed your order, we may split your order. In this case, we will only charge you one delivery charge and will send the subsequent delivery free of charge.
