Soft, long staple cotton socks with a design and message by David Shrigley OBE. Made in Derbyshire, not far from Sunspel's own Long Eaton factory – Shrigley’s illustration is applied using a contemporary jacquard knit.
David Shrigley OBE is a British visual artist, known for caustic illustrations of bizarre and often mundane elements of everyday life. For our winter capsule, Shrigley combines traditional festive animal motifs with a message of environmental responsibility and sustainability.
For each garment sold, we will donate 10% of the profits to an environmental preservation charity - Stump Up For Trees. A community-based charity focused on woodland creation and enhancing biodiversity in the Brecon Beacons, Wales.
