We continue to draw on the traditional clothing techniques and expertise of the Nottingham area where the company was founded back in 1860. We also have offices in London, where the marketing, online and wholesale team reside.

Sewing Machinist (Long Eaton)
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced industrial sewing machinist to join the team in our own Long Eaton factory. You will use your skills to ensure that all sewing requirements of our luxury T-shirts are carried out to the appropriate high specifications.
Working a 4-day week Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 5.00pm (hours can be negotiable to the right candidate).
This is a 6 month contract initially, with the potential to become permanent.
Experience and Skills:
We are looking for experienced machinists with twin needle cover seam skills and preferably experienced working with jersey fabrics. The company prides itself on the high quality of our products and our excellent reputation in the marketplace.

Logistics Administrator (Long Eaton)
The Logistics Administrator plays a key role in ensuring efficient and cost-effective transport and logistics operations. This role requires close collaboration with brokers, transport providers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to manage ad-hoc freight needs, track carrier performance, handle claims, and support continuous improvement across logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Freight Coordination: Work collaboratively with all current brokers and transport providers to quote and coordinate all ad-hoc logistics requirements. This includes new store deliveries, furniture shipments (stores and warehouse), and any other urgent or non-standard transport needs, ensuring time- and cost-efficiency.
- Claims Management: Manage the lost parcel and damaged goods claims process. Ensure timely submission and resolution of claims, securing reimbursement in line with carrier service agreements.
- Carrier Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of all freight and small parcel carriers across all regions. Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, service failures, and costs.
- Tariff Classification: Confirm and assign correct tariff codes for all new products in both the UK and US markets to ensure customs compliance and efficient import/export operations.
- Carrier Market Scanning: Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential new carrier partners. Make data-driven recommendations for service improvements and cost savings.
- Consolidation Movements Management: Manage factory consolidation shipments from origin to delivery points, including movements from EU to UK and EU to US. Coordinate closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
- Query Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving all transport-related queries, both internally and externally, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Express Service Oversight: Monitor usage of express delivery services and ensure that the most cost-effective service is selected without compromising delivery requirements.
- Packaging Logistics: Manage all transport requirements related to packaging materials, ensuring timely delivery to relevant locations while optimizing costs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a logistics, supply chain, or transport coordination role
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding, parcel delivery, and customs processes
- Familiarity with tariff codes and international trade compliance (UK & US)
- Experience working with brokers and third-party logistics providers
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and logistics/ERP systems
- Ability to analyse data and prepare clear reports

Wholesale Administrator (Long Eaton)
The role of Wholesale Administrator is essential in providing an excellent service to all of our Wholesale customers. We ship worldwide and the role of Wholesale Administrator will work within our existing team to ensure all orders are processed and delivered on time and in full. This is a varied role that requires accuracy, excellent time management and a flexible approach in working practices.
This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to learn the fundamentals of wholesale operations within a supportive team environment.
Specific responsibilities:
- Process In Season and forward orders from our B2B system and issue order confirmations
- Set up new accounts, following credit checks
- Generate paperwork and process the shipment of seasonal samples and any returns into the business
- Raise and submit invoices and monitor shipments to key accounts to obtain PODs
- Support Team Leader & Senior role with stock review, movement and allocation for all warehouse locations
- Communicate any necessary updates to wholesale accounts
- Attend relevant internal meetings and report back to the team with updates
- Support the Team Leader in the Risk and Reconcile process following seasonal order book closure
- Support any additional administration tasks needed by the rest of the team, as and when required
Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience in an Administration role
- Excellent and accurate written communication skills
- Good level of IT skills, with a full understanding and experience of using Microsoft Excel
- Close attention to detail
- Excellent planning & organisation skills, with proven ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work as a team and independently, with a positive 'can do' attitude
- Willing to adapt & be flexible to take on new challenges, with a willingness to learn new skills
