How to Choose the Right T-shirt
We made the world’s first luxury T-shirt in 1908 and have been perfecting them ever since. T-shirts are what we do best and today, we make several different styles so have the perfect one for every occasion. Since it can be tricky to choose which is best for you, we’ve made a guide to help you out.

The Classic T-shirt
This is our iconic T-shirt. It’s still handmade by expert craftspeople in our Long Eaton factory and it’s a work of real craftsmanship. We’re very proud of it.
It’s made from a special Q82 cotton fabric that’s unique to Sunspel and is designed for comfort. The cotton we use is an extra-long staple, ultra-fine Supima cotton, that’s both sustainably farmed and exceptionally high-quality. It makes a T-shirt that’s lightweight and has a smooth, soft feel against the skin. It has a classic cut and minimal detailing, while the bound neckline is designed for a smooth, seamless finish.
The quality of the fabric also means this is a durable, long-lasting piece. If looked after properly it will be a luxury everyday essential for many years to come. It’s available in a range of shades, stripes, and in long sleeve too.

Sea Island Cotton T-shirt
This is the pinnacle of luxury. Made with the world’s rarest and most sought-after cotton, this is unrivalled for softness and comfort. Sea Island cotton has the longest staple of all the world’s cotton and it’s hand-picked in the Caribbean to ensure the fibres are as high-quality as possible.
This T-shirt has the same cut as our Classic with a smooth neck binding. It’s made with our Q100 fabric which was specially designed to emphasise the exceptional softness of Sea Island cotton. For pure comfort and luxury, look no further than this one.

The Riviera T-shirt
We designed this T-shirt for Daniel Craig when he played James Bond in Casino Royale and it has a sleek, slim fit that hugs the body. It’s made from the same extra-long staple Supima cotton as our Classic but this has a heavier, midweight fabric. The Riviera T-shirt is available in a range of shades, as a long-sleeve, and with a chest pocket.

Linen T-shirt
This is the T-shirt for summer. Made with the highest-quality linen, it’s light, breathable and has a soft handle. Its cut is loose and relaxed making it perfect for warm weather.

Brushed Cotton T-shirt
Available as a T-shirt or in a long sleeve, this has the heaviest fabric of our T-shirts. With a looser fit and deep collar trim, the carbon brushed cotton gives this a peachy soft handle. Since it’s thicker than our others, this one is ideal for winter, or as a more casual T-shirt.
