Sunspel only sells to retailers who it believes have an approach to retail commensurate with Sunspel’s brand standing. It is important that you, as part of Sunspel’s US retail network, recognise and understand this. To maintain the integrity of this approach, as a Sunspel US retailer, you must:

1. only retail Sunspel products from your own branded store locations

2. if you retail via the web, only do so from your own store-branded web location, and not from any web platform that also carries third-party branding (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Farfetch etc)

3. only sell Products at retail and only to end users, to the exclusion of resellers whether at wholesale or retail,

4. respect Sunspel’s pricing policies as in place from time to time, which may include a requirement that you do not sell or market Sunspel products for less than the retail price advised by Sunspel.

This policy is a unilateral policy of Sunspel and is subject to interpretation and enforcement in Sunspel’s sole discretion.  Non-compliance with the policy may result in Sunspel choosing to not do business with you or to limit your purchases of Sunspel’s products.
